Please read these terms carefully before establishing a business relationship with AUTO PARTS PRO.

Welcome to AUTO PARTS PRO. By placing an order or inquiring about our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We specialize in the B2B wholesale of aftermarket exterior body parts for Suzuki vehicles.

1 Business Scope & Eligibility

1.1 Wholesale Only: We are strictly a B2B (Business-to-Business) supplier. We do not engage in retail business for individual end-users. Our services are tailored for distributors, wholesalers, importers, and professional repair shops.

1.2 Samples: While we focus on volume orders, we support sample testing for business verification purposes. Sample orders are subject to availability and specific shipping terms.

2 Product Specifications & Compatibility

2.1 Aftermarket Nature: All products listed are aftermarket replacement parts. References to OEM names or part numbers are for identification purposes only.

Regional Compatibility Warning

Our molds are developed based on Indian versions (MARUTI SUZUKI). Our primary market focus is Africa.

If you are importing for Southeast Asian markets (Japanese versions), please be aware that fitment may vary. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify compatibility before placing bulk orders.

2.2 Development: We continuously develop new molds. If fitment issues arise due to regional variations, we welcome feedback to adjust future production, but we do not accept returns on bulk orders solely due to regional version incompatibility without prior sample verification.

3 Orders & Payment

3.1 Quotations: All price quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs and exchange rates.

3.2 Payment Terms: Payment methods and terms will be agreed upon in the Proforma Invoice (PI). Production or dispatch commences only after receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment.

4 Logistics & Delivery

4.1 Delivery Timeline: For in-stock items, we dispatch within 3-5 days to your designated agent's warehouse within China. Large-scale production orders will have specific timelines communicated directly.

4.2 Shipping Terms (Incoterms): Unless otherwise specified, our standard term is Ex Works (Factory) or delivery to a domestic China address (FOB China Warehouse).

4.3 Risk Transfer: Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the goods are delivered to the designated shipping agent or forwarder in China.

5 Packaging & Volume

5.1 Protection: We prioritize product safety with robust packaging to minimize transit damage.

5.2 Volume Optimization: For specific markets (e.g., Africa), we offer repackaging services to reduce volume and shipping costs. While we take every precaution, repackaging to extreme density at the client's request is done at the client's risk regarding potential deformation of plastic parts.

6 Returns & Claims

6.1 Quality Issues: Claims regarding manufacturing defects must be made within 7 days of cargo receipt at the destination port, accompanied by photos/videos.

6.2 Transit Damage: We are not liable for damage occurring during international ocean/air freight. We recommend purchasing appropriate marine insurance.
