Terms of Service

1.1 Wholesale Only: We are strictly a B2B supplier. We do not engage in retail for individual end-users. Services are tailored for distributors, wholesalers, and professional importers.

1.2 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): All wholesale orders are subject to MOQ requirements, which vary by product type and will be specified in your quotation.

2.1 Aftermarket Nature: All parts are aftermarket replacements. OEM part numbers are used for identification only.

2.2 Feedback & Adjustment: We welcome feedback on fitment. However, we do not accept returns for regional version differences if samples were not requested and tested prior to the bulk order.

3.1 Delivery: In-stock items dispatch in 3-5 days to your China-based agent.

3.2 Risk Transfer: Responsibility for the goods transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the designated shipping agent in China. We are not liable for damages occurring during international transit.

3.3 Volume Optimization: Repackaging to reduce volume is at the buyer's risk regarding potential part deformation.

4.1 Inspection: Quality claims must be submitted within 7 days of arrival with high-definition photo/video evidence.

4.2 Resolution: Defective items verified as manufacturing faults will be credited toward your next order or replaced in the next shipment.
